Smitten Kitten in the Kitchen

Miss Domestic here, I just cannot stop cooking! Thank God my rent is cheap so it can all go towards more important things, like photography and groceries.

Two important notes to make: 
1. It is completely impossible to wean away from an abundance of vegetables, so eat as many as you can.
2. Be a meat eater. 

Let's combine the two, and here is what I came up with: Sole plus a Medley Veggie Quinoa Salad. 

Check it out:
Beat one egg and dress your sole



Add salt and pepper for taste














Next, cover your yolky sole in flour


























Turn.


























Next, fry your fish on low heat while you prepare your salad, and boil your quinoa. I also added the remainder of the egg. J'aime les oeufs!


























Chop a variety of veggies. I went with: green onion, yellow peppers, tomatoes, fresh basil, carrots and celery.


























And avocados! Also, To sweeten it up, I added a vanilla flavoured goat cheese.


























In a pot, bring olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a spoonful of brown sugar, some garlic and ginger to a boil, then simmer.



























Its complete once you add your dressing and quinoa to your salad and eat it all up!
