Final Stop - Vietnam

One week here was not enough time to see all the amazing places in the beautiful country of Vietnam. I loved it so much last year, that a stop here was a must! We arrived in Ho Chi Minh City with little knowledge on what to do or what to expect, but were blown away by the architecture and cleanliness of this busy city. The highlight of Ho Chi Minh was going to the War Remnants Museum and the Cu Chi Tunnels. We also enjoyed walking to the nearby day and night markets and eating Pho right from the street vendors.

Only two days later, we headed north to Nha Trang and hit the beaches. Adam got severely sick and we had to spend two days in the hospital because he had dengue fever. No doubt he got it in Malaysia when we were visiting the Orangutans.

Finally, the end of trip had to be spent in Hoi An. We chose to go here at the end so we could stock up on tailor made clothes, and we did just that! I am so disappointed to not have taken more photos here as it is absolutely stunning at night. The town lights up with lanterns, and the people make up the hustle and bustle of the streets.
