Europe - Positano and Capri Island, Italy

Where to go on the Amalfi Coast? Why not Positano! The drive alone from Naples is stunning and thrilling! The easiest way: leave Naples via train early in the morning to Sorrento, then catch the bus to Positano. Driving along this highway you are sure to see some of the most beautiful coastline along the Amalfi Coast. (And that's coming from someone who thinks the drive from Vancouver to Whistler is hard to beat) We spent the day hanging out on the beach, walking the city streets and eating delicious gelato. A day well spent, and next time, I'll go for longer!

Moving along, a short ferry ride away is the spectacular island of Capri. So glad we made it here! I would have to say the highlight was chartering our own boat for the day with Vittorio from Capri Excursions. It gave us phenomenal views of Capri, a little snorkeling, and cave exploring, and most importantly, hanging out with the nicest Italian man on the island!
